Have You Been Denied for Life Insurance?

What are some life insurance companies that will insure you if you are denied by a different life insurance company?

Depending on your age and health, you may have a few options available to you:

1. If you want a $100,000 policy, and you're willing to pay a lot of money (for instance, $110,000 for it, you may be able to work something out). Here's how you can request free life insurance quotes online from several insurers to help you find out which may offer you coverage, and at what price.

2. You may be able to get a "Guaranteed Issue" life insurance policy, if you are age 78 or under, through a company like Globe Life Insurance or United of Omaha. They are low value life insurance policies - like $10,000-$30,000 - and you may have to live and pay in, at least two full years before dying, to get the full death payout from the life insurance policy.

3. Accidental Death Life Insurance offers guaranteed approval with no medical exams for people of certain ages, for example ages 50-75, depending on the carrier. Here's how you can request your free accidental death insurance quote online.

What Life Insurance Factors Cause Denial of Coverage?

The fact is not everyone qualifies for life insurance coverage.

Although many of us try to purchase life insurance, and even more really need life insurance, not everyone can buy coverage.

Why? Because life insurers are out to make money. So, they want to insure people who have the chance of living a long life, and paying premiums for a number of years.

How do life insurers decide who to insure? They consider several factors they use in underwriting the risk of someone dying within a certain time period.

Some of these underwriting factors for life insurance include:

Your age, gender, health, family health history, height-to-weight ratio, occupation, hobbies, medication you take, whether you smoke or not, etc.

How do life insurers determine your risk for life insurance? They require a medical exam, blood and urine tests, and have you answer several medical questions on your application. This information is used to determine if you are a good risk to insure for life insurance.

What if you don't want to take a medical exam to qualify? There are term life insurance no exam plans that offer up to $500,000 of coverage without any physical exam required.

What if you are denied coverage for life insurance? If other insurers deny offering you life insurance, there are plans which may offer you guaranteed acceptance life insurance.
