Any life insurance company that don't require medical exams?

I'm trying to buy life insurance for me and my 49 yr old mother.

What is the best life insurance company that doesn't raise premiums and doesn't require exams?

Life insurance that does not raise premiums is whole life insurance providing lifetime coverage and level premiums. However, you may or may not be able to find no exam life insurance providing lifetime coverage.
